I forgot my password to sign in to ITV Home and requested them to send me another which they did but on using it , it still wasn`t excepted, even after several atttemps and making sure I typed it correctly. Any ideas? TIA
prev removing network providers name from screen
  
next do you have to de-register windows xp to use elsewhere?

accepted not excepted.

Anyway, the pasword may be case sensitive. If the password they sent you was in a mixture of upper case and lower case characters make sure you type it in the same way.

Yes, helpfulguy, I checked over and over as I`ve said but to no avail. Should I ask for another password?
