Why do people put their sky subscription card in the freezer?? I was told once but can't remember why. Does it work has anyone actually done it??

Yes it does work, the card gets really cold.

Found this about star markings, which may be helpful.

Compartment with temperatures below �6�C in which Sky cards can be kept for up to one week.

Compartment with temperatures below �12�C in which frozen food can be stored for up to one month

Compartment with temperatures below �18�C in which Sky cards can be stored for a maximum period of 12 months

Compartment with temperatures about �24�C in which Sky cards can be stored for more than 12 months.

Note that 1 star compartments are only suitable for frozen foods, not Sky cards!

No but seriously guys people always used to talk about it a couple of years ago cant remember what its suppose to do though!!
