keyboard keys have switched over

I don't know how it happened but two of my keyoard keys have switched places. The " and the @ have changed places which is very annoying when I type in websites. Can anyone tell me how to switch them back please.

Hi Polly - click Start>Control Panel>Regional & Language and make sure it is on English (United Kingdom)
Then click OK
