hi all
every time i press my handset to the tv

for programmes to see whats on
all i get is no proggramme imformation
been like that for days and it is so frustrating
any ideas what is wrong or do
i have to ring virgin tv company
to sort it out

this happens to me quite often on sky are you getting the "program synopsis not available" box i so just unplug your digi box for about 10 seconds then plug it back in - always works for me

not sure about synopsis
just no prog info

it has worked

i think it was a cable net work down
as that came up at the corner of my pc
but fixed for now

maybe my wall plug was slack as welll
