Contact Us request defaults to Outlook and doesn't get sent.

I use Netscape as my email client. When I click on a "Contact Us" button to send a request tor question to a supplier, it defaults to Outlook . The message then sits in the Outlook Outbox and never gets sent. Any advice, please.

go to internet options in control panel then select the programs tab you should be able to set your email program here
incidentally the e-mails sitting in outlooks out box should send when you click the send/receive tab

Thanks matt1e. Will try that. No. Emails didn't go when I pressed send/receive. Could it be that my Outlook or Outlook express settings are wrong. Do I need to setup an MS Exchange server to connect to and if so, how do I do that?
