Hi,

We have a Humax PVR9200 and subscribe to Setanta on a Top Up card that slots into the common interface slot. Setanta was working fine until we had an over the air software update last weekend, now when we go on the Setanta channel it says 'you are not entitled to watch this program'. How do we correct this? TIA

is the card still registered?

I'm guessing ... but elsewhere software/driver updates sometimes result in components re-registering themselves .... wonder if this could be the case?

I know the card is supposed to be able to be transferable
but .....

certainly sky cards sometimes need resetting (machine switched off for a while with the card removed)
