T-mobile international calls

Does anybody know of a deal that T-mobile do to make my texts/calls (mostly texts) to Australia cheaper. I don't want to change networks.

Its international option
�2.50 a month on contract and gives you cheaper calls internationally whilst in the UK and recieving calls whilst roaming
I work for T-mobile and its always been competitive
All of the above is if your on contract and not if you are on PAYG
