Tracking e-mail history

If you accidentally delet a wbsite from your history is there any way of finding it again?

try:

Documents and settings/Username/localsettings/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5/Index.dat

should be there somewhere amongst the rubbish.

ok you probably wont find that directory via my computer,you will need winfile or you can do it via a dos window and then make a copy of the file and open it in notepad or something.

or do a search for index.dat

nope search wont work, somehow excludes this file via a search
