Sending MMS

I have a motorola A835 on threepay. When I try to send a multimedia message (MMS) it just displays the message: "unable to send" Does anyone out there know how to set it up so I can send MMS messages? Its not my credit I have plenty!Thanx

Sometimes you have to activate the MMS setting on your phone, i couldn't receive any photo messages that my boyfriend was trying to send me cos it wasn't turned on. Just go to the shop you bought it in or a 3 shop and they should be able to turn it on - you need to have a code or something. alternatively three are being rubbish, i used to work for them and i know how poo the system is. sorry :)
