left-click on the "my computer" icon - left-click on "local disc (C:)" - left-click on "program files" - pick a file you want to transfer and right-click on it, then left-click "copy" (on the drop down menu) - left-click on the "back" button (top left hand corner) until back to the local disc section - left-click on the "F: volume" to open your F: drive - then just right-click again and in the drop down menu left-click "paste" - the only trouble with this method is that you then have to delete the original file in C: (right-click and then left-click "delete" - although if you are confident enough then in the first instance instead of choosing "copy" simply choose "cut"
Note: only copy personal files, not just random files and folders that you don't know what they do.

And make sure you don't copy system folders or program folders.
