Why are you thinking of moving? Don't be seduced by the low prices of Talk Talk. I may be wrong but I beileve they were one of the worst providers around.

There is a review of Talk Talk here: http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews98376.html
hi, beware of leaving tiscali. I left them just before christmas, went to pipex as they offered a good deal. I gave tiscali notice of leaving, and requested a migration number. pipex said it would take tiscali a couple of weeks to give me the number. I was paying by direct debit, so kept paying tiscali while I was waiting to change over.I sent tiscali e-mails, but the didn't respond. I phoned them a couple of times and finally got a migration number. I gave this to pipex and the said the service would change over in a couple of weeks. my new broadband modem arrived and I started using pipex. A couple of weeks later I got my usual bill from tiscali, which was paid by direct debit. the following month I got another bill from tiscali, and they took the payment from the bank. I cancelled my direct debit with them. the following month I got a letter from them asking WHY I had stopped my direct debit. then came the threatening letters. I phoned them up many times, and eventually a man looked into it. he said that I had overpaid by a month, and he would pass it to his accounts dept, BUT he didn't think they would refund my money as it was at their discretion. they are now sending threats via a debt collection agaency, and I am sending them straight into the waste paper basket, not even replying. so if you leave tiscali, keep notes of dates, times, names etc.
good luck, alf.
If you go to this

site and do a speed test, you can then rate your isp and also compare it with others.

I haven't seen much to beat Tiscali's "Tiscali Max & Anytime talk" package. For 19. 99p. a month you get your line rental, broadband, free landline phone calls at any time of the night or day - and free international calls to a variety of countries. Talk Talk can't even beat that.
