Hi, I'm hoping someone out there might have some ideas as to why I can no longer receive ITV2 & 3 on my TV which has built in freeview, all the other channels are fine. The signal strength is good but just reads 'no information available'. Do I need a repair man ? Thanks

If you're really sure that your aerial system is good enough, then all that should be needed is to re-scan the channels (just as you did when you first got the box). It's important to use the 'replace existing channels' option and not the 'add new channels' one.

If the missing channels don't reappear, there's a problem with your aerial.

This has been a frequent question in recent weeks. Some Freeview channels have been altered and allocated different numbers so as Buenchico states a rescan should do the trick
I agree with the others, sounds like a rescan is needed!
