Spam overload!!!! Pls help!!!

I have a BT Openworld e-mail address that I receive into Outlook Express on my PC. I'm suddenly getting 60-100 nasty spams per day. I've run virus updates etc etc but nothing's helping, and I can't block them on Outlook Express because there are so many addresses and titles. I don't want to pay �5 extra per month for BT to block them for me! Can anyone p-p-p-p-please suggest anything I can do to stop myself being bombarded daily with these e-mails?!?!??!

It's a hell of a problem isn't it, but there are loads of anti-spam programs to help - Two of the best are 'Mailwasher' and this one 'SpamBully' http://www.clearview.co.uk/antispamfilter.htm

Another way to cut down on the rubbish is to use a webmail address for special offers, competitions etc. and just keep your OE for friends and family.
