It installs and runs itself everytime I restart my PC. I remove it through Add/Remove Programs and have run Ad-Aware yet it persists to install itself.

Also I have noticed more spyware proliferated by 'N-Case' - this can't be removed through Add/Remove normally and requires me to install an unistaller from the N-Case website - should I do this? Why isn't Ad-Aware dealing with this?

Ad aware is good but not great. Try spybot search and destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/ Do the update, run it then do the immunize
I've had the same sort of problem with a thing that constantly tried to install about a thousand different virus checkers on my computer for no reason. The only way i managed to totally get rid of it was by doing the Add/remove programs thing, then searched and deleted from my c drive for anything with the program's name or related names, then finally did run "msconfig" and under the "startup" tab checked and deleted from the list of programs there. It is a chore but was the only way i found worked at getting rid of the program. The programs just stay hidden in lots of places in your computer cus the company don't want you to get rid of them. When you go online they might update themselves, and by installing and uninstaller, in most cases it just causes more problems.
