How can I install my game?

I am trying to install Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow but having no joy! I have legitimately bought a copy and when i try to install it I get a message saying 'Component Transfer Error' and 'Data Error (Cyclic Redundancy Check)' I cant seem to fix it, any help would be grateful?

Faulty/dirty CD? Faulty/dirty CD-ROM drive? The crc error is typical if the CD can't be read.

Try copying the contents of the drive to the desktop then running the setup from there.
