I'm having a bit of trouble using this website - I just can't seem to play the videos once I've saved them. I've downloaded the flv player okay, but whenever I download a video the computer doesn't seem to recognise it as an flv file.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for the link Ethel, but does that allow me to just save the video onto my computer?
And play them on your pc and mp4 player if you have one.
They play in Quicktime for me. If you don't have Quicktime you can download it here:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/player/

The only thing with youtube to ipod converter is you have to rename the videos yourself - no problem, but remember to keep the .mp4 extension at the end of the title.

Ethel you're a star! It's working perfectly for me - a million thanks! : )
if you are going to use keepvid.com you need to rename the file once you have downloaded it to include the .flv otherwise the flv player won't recognise it e.g. VIDEO.FLV

You should make sure the video is MP4 or H2.64 video for iPod. Here is a step by step guide about converting DVD, Videos, Flash and Youtube videos to iPod
