These are probably just to pique your interest and lead to an advert or some other such cyber junk. As usual if you don't recognize the sender, for safety's sake; just bin them!
They are spam (junk mail). I get e-mails like this quite a lot.

Many spam filters scan the words in an e-mail to decide if they are junk and this may have been a test to see if the e-mail gets through.

Or it may have been a test to see if your e-mail address is live.

Or it may have been a "mistake" and the advert that was meant to be in it was left out for some reason.

Not much you can do, you just have to live with it. I have one mail address where I get about 20 junk e-mails a day, some people get more.

DONT reply to them, they just verify your e-mail address is live and it makes it more valuable.
listen to vehelpfulguy - do not reply to them or instead of three there'll be threehundred tomorrow!

the text is just crap to get past the spam filters. It looks like portions of sentences which is what the spam filters allow as this is what makes up a legitimate email.

As there is no advertisement for penis enlargement i would guess it is an email harvester. They send out spam to [email protected]/[email protected]/[email protected]/
[email protected]/[email protected]/[email protected]/
[email protected] etc.. to millions of email adresses.

Those that return a mailer daemon "recipient unknown" are taken off the list. So basically if you get the emai ( if they dont get the recipient unknown message, they store your email address in their database and sell it to viagra companies and sons of ex nigerian presidents
