AB doesn't let me know ...

For the past couple of weeks or so, AB hasn't let me know when by email, when I get replies to my questions. Has anyone else has this problem? I asked Ed and even HE hasn't replied !! What's going on ??

I've found that they couldn't care less. It really is as simple as that.

You get serious abusers that remain on here and don't get banned.

you get good practical suggestions to help the site and other users and it gets ignored.

You e-mail them for answers and it gets ignored.

They just dont care about there subscribers.

Don't worry about it - it's not just yourself !!

I've this problem smurfchops and I'm not the only one. The site went down about a fortnight ago and I haven't received any emails since then
