Problem with DVI cable

I have recently purchased the above computer and am trying to use it in conjunction with my Philips HD-LCD television.

The computer is connected to the TV via the relevant DVI cable outputs/inputs.

The problem occurs when switching on the computer. The boot screen shows up correctly and when the BIOS mode can be entered. After a few minutes however the screen goes blank and I am met with a message saying "No Input Signal", even though the DVI cable is correctly connected at both ends.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
