Internet Explorer registration

I'm getting a warning at boot up stating that my Internet Explorer has not been registered . Can anyone tell me how I register it ?

my advice - run windows update and select to install internet explorer 6 - this will completly reinstall your browser as i'm thinking your registration issue has to do with the fact that an integral part of the browser hasn't been registered with your operating system (windows).
