Nowhere. Even old second hand Laptops are very expensive. You can pick up an old one for arounf �350 or so but its going to be very low interms of specification. Just had a check on eBay and there's not much worth having for less than �400.

Oxfam shops are selling reconditioned desktop & laptops - I think they have a �400 laptop.

you could try Morgan Computers, www.morgancomputers.co.uk I know it's just over your price but they're advertising a refurbished HP Omnibook for �411.
