Whats is kazaa's replacement?

Whats going to replace kazaa for media sharing? Ive deleated kazaa lite off my pc cos it mucked up so im now using winmx again for music sharing cos you have to pay to get kazaa now so eventually it will die out. When napster died these programs filled its shoes, i was just wondering what was going to be the next big thing for media sharing???

i use soulseek and shareaza. soulseek is brill for music and shareaza is brill for movies etc....

Why do you think it's going to die any time soon? Most people will just continue to use the free Kazaa Lite that they downloaded before they started charging, like you were doing before you deleted it.

you dont have to pay to get kazaa at all. of course there is a paid for version, but the free one is still there. i reinstalled everything on my compuetr, and was shocked to find i couldnt get kazaa lite anymore. its still there if you look for long enough, but it will die out as it becomes less and less compatible with the network. i hate that kazaa is riddled with spy ware.

Shareaza is 10 times better than kazaa now im used to it its much more user friendly. Im going to recomend it to all my mates. Cheers Idvit

I tried to use these programs but notice that the only files available are ones that are copyright protected, e.g. mainstream films and songs?
