Windows windows everywhere

I can be using my pc quite happily when all of a sudden chaos unsues when my mouse pointer sppeds randomly around the screen opening and closing different windows. I have no control at all and have to ctrl-alt-del and restart my pc. What's going on?

Definitely not a virus, spyware or other invader problem.

Sounds like you are being hacked. Ensure you have all the latest securoty patches from microsoft. goto the windows update site to ensure you have all the critical updates.

I know it may sound daft but could you be leaning on the keyboard - or maybe one of the kays is sticking down? Im offering this as a solution because something similar happened to me and it was a sticking key causing havoc.
