You need to be more specific. When you say 'derestrict' do you mean unlock to all networks?

Do you mean your phone is 'restricted' because you entered the wrong pin?

how do i derestrict a mobile phone - not really a lot to go on...

Simply enter "mobile unlock" into Ask, or one of the better search engines. This will find you lists of unlock codes, and details of how to do it, unless you have some weird and wonderful model, when it becomes difficult.
