Music on my PDA

I recently got a handheld PC for Christmas but although I have been able to save RealPlayer & Windows Media Player it will only save a maximum of 2 songs on it. RealPlayer says that they've been downloaded but I can never seem to find them and Windows Media Player just says that there's an error. I'd really be grateful if someone could help.

What PDA do you have? The only thing I can think of on the fly is that you may not have enough space (mb or Gb) on your PDA for more than 2 songs.
