help answerbank sends me an url i cannot work out how to activate it i highlight the complete string and double click nothing happens my email is via aol i have tried activating links etc in email but no joy thanks

Have both your email & browser open. Highlight the URL in the email and copy it (Ctrl+C). Click into the browser, highlight the existing URL address and paste (Ctrl+V) the required URL in its place. Hit Return or click GO.

Hope this works - haven't got AOL myself!
