Getting rid of Clip Art

Please can someone tell me how to get rid of a Clip Art picture from Microsoft blank page ? every time I want to write a letter etc. this blooming picture appears and I have to delete it . It was put on accidentally ages ago and it is driving me potty.

This is in a Word document, yes?
If so, this means the picture is located in a document called "normal.dot" (It's the 'normal' document template, y'see). The default location for this file is:
C:\Documents and Settings\<CURRENT USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
Open it, remove the bits you don't want, and save once more and close it. Now open a new document (File --> Open) and it should be gone.
