I have a Samsung ZV40 phone. I have tried to send pics to another camera phone but I keep getting the message the connection refused. I have followed the instructions in the user guide. Can anyone help?

it may be that your mms settings are incorrect. you can get the settings fron your networks website or they will give you them over the phone ( landline ) and you can enter them as you get them.
