Moving files from C to D drive

My C drive is way too full and I've moved a lot over to the D drive, which has loads of space. I think my Itunes and music is clogging up my C drive. If I move my music to the D drive is there any way on Itunes that I can get it to look for music there instead of the old place, other than having to click the 'locate file' for EVERY song (and there are a couple thousand!). Any help appreciated! Thanks.

Just realised there was a 'Computer' section this should have gone in. Sorry!
Yes. A few ways. First, just copy all your iTunes stuff across to your D drive, the folder my documents\my music\itunes

now in there you'll see an iTunes library file. You can delete that, and it'll forget where all your songs are. Then you can open iTunes again and goto edit->preferences->advanced, and change the iTunes folder to be the one on your D:. Then choose file->add to library, and choose all your songs again from the D drive. Other ways of going about it, but this is perhaps the easiest for the user.

Thank you very much. I did as you suggested, and it worked, and my computer is running much faster! Thanks
