hi, need to get a transformer with 230v input and 10v +17v output. this is to run a treadmill with digital readout and 3hp motor. the manufacturers want to sell me a complete circuit board but the trans former has lost a wire with vibration and use, so if that is replaced it will work again.the original transformer had fixing holes of 53mm, so not very large object. can I use two seperate transformers of similar ouput, and how do I reduce the output if, for instance I have to buy a transformers of slightly different outputs, say one is 12v output and I wish to reduce it to the 10v output. also does anyone know where I can get transformers from? I have tried rs but they don't seem to keep what I am looking for.
thanks, alf.
