Have a look on the Apple UK website for Leopard info...

Re: the iPhone: I wouldn't rush out and get it as soon as it's released... wait a while until any bugs etc have been ironed out and any upgrades/fixes have been implemented... the first released batches of any new electronic gizmo tend to have unforseen problems that are only found once 'consumers' have used them in the 'real world'...
Dunno about the UK but in the US it is only available on the Cingular network
US: June time, Cingular for 2 years only, then presumably to other carriers too.

UK: End of the year, November I'd guess. No word on which operators yet.

Leopard: probably June.

Many thanks for your responses. I think i will wait to see how it performs. Want an imac but with the new os release iminent, going to try to hold on.
Companies such as Nokia and Motorola already have deals with the major networks to promote and subsidise their phones and won't take too kindly to any newcomers muscling in on their patch.

The networks will undoubtedly want to do a deal with apple, but apple are not known for their co-operation with others, and the networks won't want to upset the likes of Nokia with their proven popularity.

I wouldn't be surprised if you had to pay the full price of 200+ for the phone if you really want one, and then probably not on all networks.
