Problems downloading itunes for ipod nano

Can someone plz help - i got an ipod nano for xmas and in trying to download itunes - the icon is sitting on my desktop for "itunes setup" but when i click on it its saying publisher unknown and am i sure i want to run the software - when i click run it then says itunessetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application? Thanks

What version of windows do you have? XP?

Try deleting the file and downloading it again.

thanks fo3nix - im using windows xp - tried what u suggested several times but still not working!!!!! agghhhh
