Missing codecs in media player

Hi, I am trying to listen to my local radio station
( http://www.thebay.co.uk/default.aspx ) on my PC but I am getting the this message 'Windows Media Player cannot play the file. One or more codecs required to play the file could not be found.'

I have had no problems in the past listening to this station, and have no idea which codecs I need. I have WMP 11, but it also does not work with WMP 10. Any ideas please.
