My stepson has downloaded a few 'pornographic internet sites' which cost 1.50 per minute. I have tried to unistall them with no luck and they are constantly on my screen icons and link bar. I would like to know how to remove them and how to put a permanent block on all premium numbers?

Run adaware ( http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ ), right-click the shortcuts (icons) and see where the executable is (eg c:\windows\porn.exe) then delete this. It is very difficult to prevent these types of downloads. One could create an account on your PC for him with no privaleges to prevent such action in the future (create a guest account in Windows XP/2000 or use this for windows 9x: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.
