Taskbar not shoping the top bar!

Taskbar isn't showing the bar where it says Fil, Proces, Applications etc.
What's happned, and how do i make the bar go back?

So sorry - we were at cross purposes. I realise now exactly what you mean.

Click on the grey area at the bottom of the task manager.

If that doesn't work, double click definitely will.
