Windows XP wont recognise 73gigabytes of my hardrive..

I'm running Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 2 software. I have a 200gigabyte hardrive, and Windows XP will only recognise 127 gigabytes. How can I make it recognise all of the hardrive?

Internet Explorer (Not 7), Firefox, Thunderbirds, or Netscape?

Which is better? In my opnion, it is Firefox. Firefox si rmoe reliable, you can download skins, tools, mroe user friendly, and doesn't crash, ANd I knwo this may vary from computer to computer.
