text size and screenbackground colour

hi bit of a daft question dont no what i have done but all the text size seems to be all different sizes my favourites collum is large text but everything else i am tryin to read is really small text also most of the bacground seems a blue colour and the cursor is no red! I have messed around a bit on it and now cant seem to get back to normal? many thanks tuna

If you are refering to your web browser, and you have a mouse with a scroll wheel :
Hold down the CTRL key and scroll up or down to change the font size.
If you're refering to your whole computer, right click on your desktop and choose properties. Now go into Appearance and change the font size there.
