Fuchsia are one of the most easy cutting to take and will usually root readily but if you take cuttings late in the season (now) it may be best to keep them under glass, especially if you are in a cold area.
Spring and early summer are the most ideal times, 7-10cm (3-4in) long softwood cuttings or semi ripewood cuttings if you do it now.
Remove the lower leaves and dip in a hormone rooting powder before inserting into compost, for best results.
