I have certain files on my computor associated with my Family Tree contained in folders with the VIEW arranged by ALIGN TO GRID, so as I can arrange them in the particular order I want.
However when I save them to my Memory Stick the whole file looks completely different and in a random order.
Is their anything I can do so that when I save the files to the Stick it will be exactly in the order on the original file.
Thanks for any helpful suggestions given.

not sure i understand the problem.

1) Can you not "align by grid" when you view the files from your memory stick?

can you give more info, - "align to grid" is not a standard windows file view option ?
''Align to grid'' is only available on the Desktop

Thank you for your replies.
Basically I have a Folder which contains about 7 sub folders. In these folders are about 130 records viewed as TILES and ALIGNED TO GRID thus enabling me to arrange them in the order I want and with those number of files it takes some time.
When I save them to my Memory stick and then open up they appear as a FILMSTRIP and the order has been toally lost and although I can alter it to Tiles and Align to Grid as soon as I come out and go back in they have reset to Filmstrip again. It is so frustrating as obviously if I have to save it back to my computor they would all have to be sorted.
I just thought when saving to a a source the result would be the same as the original
