Buffalo LinkStation question...

Hi all!
I have a Buffalo LinkStation NAS drive which has worked fine for a few months but today, access from my upstairs desktop and laptop is not possible ... yet the desktop downstairs still has access. I haven't changed any settings on either the router or the drive so am puzzled as to what it could be?!
Of course, I can post more info if required... it's just that I'm not sure what might be needed!!!
