saved e-mail

i got a new pc and saved my e-mails on cd (a dbx file) but now i can't open them! i use outlook express.

This is a guess but when you transfer files to CD you change the attribute to read-only. So, copy the files to your hard drive then remove the read-only attribute.

from the lefthand pane, right click on inbox and select properties, you should see something like this - C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{33D2A7C0-83AE-11D6-813B-EA399D71F135}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Inbox.dbx. Navigate to this folder and overwrite the inbox.dbx file with your saved one, launch outlook express and all your saved emails should be visible.
