Everything i download is corrupt!

I have no idea when this problem started, but everything i download, Weather using IE 6.0, Firefox, Limewire or any other program, is CORRUPT!!!! ITS STRESSING ME OUT BIG TIME AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO SORT IT!
Please Help

sounds like your security setting is too high. Did you just install a new security program? Try lowering you setting a notch and see if it works.

Only windows firewall, and AVG FRee

Well, Windows firewall can be accessed by going to the control panel and clicking the security center. Unfortunately i do not and never have used AVG so i cant help you there but im sure theres an option under tools or security settings or something there in AVG.

still no luck. I even tried a re-install. 3 times.
