Has anybody had the same problem as me. lots of songs on your walkman.Connect to upgrade firmware and software.Hey presto!! no songs! Amazing.Any ideas why please!!

yes,on to dvd though,not to my hard-drive.7000 songs!! i know what i'm doing on my next days off!
