iTunes will let you convert aac to mp3. Simply select a song or songs in iTunes and right click on it/them, then choose 'convert selection to mp3' from the right-click menu. Job done.

It won't however let you convert copy-protected AAC files.

gizeroid2, you have to burn your protected AAc files to CD first which converts them to .mp3 files that you can use how you like.
