Try www.boltblue.com. You have to register, but it's free. Go to I-Contact, and you can find picture messages, and jokes, etc. plus operator logos. For a small fee, they even provide extra logos and ringtones! I am a dedicated member, and always use it when I want a logo or ringtone.

sorry i dont know if it charges or not, the site was recommended by a friend, so you'll have to check it out. fingers crossed its free!
