has anyone else got the same navman?


i recently bought one and the mains charger(which i had to pay an extra 20quid for.........rip off!!!) so i can charge up before the journey. i put it on charge all friday night but when i turned navman on sat mornin it said battery was low?


does it have to be turned on to charge or something.......im baffled?!!!

I have the navman 320, if I dont plug the in car charger in, it says battery low after about 15-20 mins.


I think they need to be switched on to charge up properly, you would think they would have a battery meter on really like a mobile phone wouldnt you ?

I got one of these as present, my personal opinion is that they were inheriantly faulty as mine will not link to the sats and dispite charging overnight it lasts for about 15 mins and then needs connecting to power source still dont work. rang the firm most unhelpfull and treated me like an idiot they more or less said that there was a fault with them and they were then sold off by argos. I am trying to get it sorted but feel I maybe knocking my head against a brick wall All in all I think that I was sold a pup and your comments seem to confirm this
