ok could not decide which board to post this on as there is not a hobbies one! anyway..i have a few �2 and 50p coins special edition ones and was wondering if they are worth anything more than their face value. I have looked on the coins bit of ebay but not fetchin much...should i keep them or pay them into bank??!

they're unlikely to gain much in value, if at all. Special edition currency has shown a poor return over the years. The Churchill crowns from 40 years ago can still be collected for little more than their face value (25p). My advice would be to enjoy them as a collection, but not look on them as an investment.
