I have a Nano and cant find anything like that. Maybe turning the album art display off and the sound enhancements, ie Extra Bass etc...?

Basically, when you play it, just press play and leave it. don't keep skipping tracks. don't use the backlight. don't use the sound volume normaliser or the equaliser.
