i have a ford escort 1.6 16v zetec 1998 LX! white smoke has started to come out of the tall pipe when the car is ticking over but when i move off there is none? water and oil are fine? pleae tell me this is a none expensive problem to fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
