Hi, Can anyone tell me how to top up a Spanish registered Vodaphone mobile whilst the owner is in France? Instructions would be required in English!

Only way I managed to do it (Spanish phone, in UK) was to get someone in Spain to do it for me. You can go into the shop and tell them the phone number and they do the top-up for you.
